Definition:

A science and art comprising a system of concepts and methods for the building-up of human emotion, altering the electrochemical balance is of the metabolism using associated techniques and devices to concentrate and focus this emotional energy; thus modulating the energy broadcast by the human body, usually to affect other energy patterns whether animate or inanimate, but occasionally to affect the personal energy pattern. A way to control metaphysical phenomena. However, it also consists of misunderstood or distorted scientific facts or scientific discoveries not yet made known to the general public. It is also used to cover endeavors to influence natural events and the natural environment through correspondences, this being sometimes called ‘sympathetic magic’. The higher form of magic, to distinguish it from the mundane form and from stage ‘magic’ or illusions, is spelt ‘magick’.
