De Facto Relationship

This is a sexual relationship with the parties cohabit without any real commitment to each other.  Such associations sometimes result in marriage, but such marriages are never completely satisfactory or fulfilling.  Associations based on sexual satisfaction and sexual considerations are not usually very durable.  However, there are de-facto relationships which endure the test of time and life, and these are not to be wholly condemned.  A de-facto marriage does not grant love the same status as does a true marriage.
