This is the first ‘condensation’ of the power called gwinin (see Gwinin), prior to material manifestation. Because of the nature of gwinin, electrons exhibit both positive and negative principles, but they do not manifest any definite chemical or material qualities until they enter into certain concentrations, when they become in atoms.
