Séance

A sitting of persons seeking communication with discarnate entities. Certain metaphysically developed people have the ability to attune with the frequencies of such entities. However, while a few are able to contact those on a higher level, the great majority are unable to attract anything or anyone beyond the immediate astral borderland; therefore most of the ‘messages’ received are from hoaxers, mischievous impersonators or earthbound entities. In such instances the messages are inane and little more than mere gossip. It is the quality of the communications that indicates the level of the communicating entity. Culdians do not hold séances.
