Are these people completely devoid of religion?

The choice of the word ‘religion’ is bad. They do have a religion and worship Lucifer, the Lightbringer. They are Luciferians and believe that they are destined to rule the world under the overlordship of Lucifer. This is no place to go into their theological beliefs, which are extremely complicated. Suffice to say that even religion can serve Evil.
